Every homeowner who reaches Tracksdesperate Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page lists the steps to follow and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Tracksdesperate Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, pricing, work and customer service.

First, raise the problem directly with the provider and keep a written record. Next, send us a note as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Tracksdesperate Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Send Your Complaint

Email contact@tracksdesperate.homes and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Last, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Disagree

Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also help.
