Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Tracksdesperate Tree Service wants all people, including those with disabilities, to be able to use tracksdesperate.homes. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make this website usable for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Allow full use with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Known Gaps
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
If You Need Another Way
If part of this website is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@tracksdesperate.homes and we will do our part to assist.
Send Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on the accessibility of this website. Email contact@tracksdesperate.homes and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. Each time the website is updated, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
